Why do wake up feeling extremely high?

This happened a few times but I've waken up in the middle of the night and I feel like I am extremely high. It's like a body high and I just lay there staring at the ceiling. Also I'm pretty sure it only goes on for about 30 seconds and I'm back asleep. And I don't go to bed high on marijuana or anything.
