My nine month old all of a sudden is waken up in the night?

she had a ear enfection and was wakin up multiple times now its all cured and shes still waken up like three times. how can we get her to sleep threw the night we started feedin her more at night we were told try to give her infant benadryl i didnt cuss i dont trust it she is teethin and i give her tylenol at ngith with orajel how can we stop this
