Does this sound like a brain tumor?

It started a few months ago, it was pressure in the head. I went to the doctor and she took a look inside my nose, she said it was a little swollen, she gave me aintibiotics. I took them, but did not finish them. Im pretty sure the symptoms and headache/pressure went away when i took the aintibiotics, but again i didnt finish them, so in a few weeks i started to develope the head pain again. But now its been persistant for 2 whole months now. They seem to be worse upon wakening. The pain isnt usally bad, just there. Some days its bad, but its constant everyday. In the last few weeks though i have noticed some weird symptoms coming with the head pain. My left ear rings, and feels "cloggged" like i cant hear out of it. I have alot of muscle twitches randomly on my body. I have weird face burning/tingles usally in the same places, like on the side of head, and cheeks, also i have a general zone out feeling. My nose isnt really stuffed, just a little, it has weird stuff in it though, its really sticky and smells. Idk what it is really, prolly nothing. But i get alot of face tingles in the face, and this weird "CLICK" sound in my head, when i strain, and walk around. My head throbs when i walk around to much aswell. IM SCARED I HAVE A BRAIN TUMOR!!! please help!/ Im 24 weeks pregnant if thats any conselation. lol
