Who is the new Monarch?
My dear boy, there is a new Monarch its the Duchess of Cambridge (Catherine Elizabeth Middleton) she married Prince William and became Duchess therefor she is a new royal. There is no new Monarch meaning if there is a new King or Queen witch there isn't. But there is a new royal witch is Duchess of Cambridge.
