Is it possible to be attacked in your sleep???Serious question!!!?

I was sleep and when I woke up my left testicle was sore and my eyes had like a white scab around the corner of my my eye closest to the noise.If I was hit in the testicle wouldn't I have waken up I also peed myself last night first time in years.
