Frog / Ice Barrier Deck?

I've played this guy at my local card shop who runs a frog deck and it's pretty impressive how he can clear the field and hit me with 3-4 3K-5K ATK 2 star monsters. I've also seen a guy play with a monarch/frog deck, and I noticed that there are many good 2 star ish monsters from the ice barrier set. I was interested in making a deck based on IB and frogs, but i'm not quite sure how to build it, any help would be great!
