What is wrong with my cat?

You are doing the best thing by bringing him back to the vet. If you have trouble giving him pills there are liquid and injectable medications your vet can try instead. I don't know if I'd wait until tomorrow to bring him back. He sounds really sick and with all the diarrhea and now vomiting he can get dehydrated quickly.
