Any cheap hotels/motels near pearl harbor hawaii?

do you know any cheap hotels or motels near pearl harbor. im going to see my husband. he's in the navy. the cheapest hotel/motel i could find is The Hawaiin Monarch it's $67/night. We are military and i would like to know if there's anywhere on base that's cheaper? or if there's another place to stay that's cheaper then $67/night? Please someone help me out. The flight there is $700! I'm trying to save money while meeting my husbands ship while he's on deployement.
